Founded in 1995 as a private arts organization, Seoul Ballet Theatre (SBT) is Korea’s first private ballet company.
Since its inception, SBT has pursued a unique ballet style that blends classical and original works.
Now celebrating its 30th anniversary, SBT has established itself as a leading company representing Korean original ballet.
The company has conducted numerous performances and cultural exchanges both domestically and internationally, receiving many prestigious awards, including the Presidential Award of the Korean Culture and Arts Grand Prize.
