【Participation rules】
◇ Pre Division
Please choose either classical ballet or contemporary dance.
Time limit: Classical dance: 3 minutes or less Contemporary dance: 3 minutes or less (free piece)
✳︎ Entries in both categories are also possible.
Accompanying music: Sound source must be data only. ✳︎ Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will be disqualified.
◇ International Division
Please choose either Classical Ballet or Contemporary Dance.
Time limit: Classical dance: 3 minutes or less Contemporary dance: 3 minutes or less (free style)
✳︎ Entries in both categories are also possible.

✳︎ Please organize a team of no more than 2 to 15 members per team.
✳︎ It is not possible to choose a grand pas de deux from a classical ballet.
✳︎ Please follow your own procedures for copyrighted music.

✳︎Until [Junior B] , also can participate in ballet shoes.
- Previously, we had permitted only participants up to 10 years old to wear ballet shoes. However, reflecting on valuable feedback, we have updated our policy to allow children up to 11 years old to wear ballet shoes. We kindly ask for understanding from all those considering participation.
